Recruiter - Job Description
Job Objectives:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to help us grow and be a part of our rocketship. You will play a critical role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company values and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, social media) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and perform reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support onboarding and participate in other HR-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent communication and full-cycle recruitment skills
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment abilities
- Experience in executive hiring is a plus
