Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and tests, as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates’ qualifications and work history.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment legislation.
- Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Provide support in other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various recruitment channels.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in hiring top executives or senior level hirings would be a plus.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
